A new team member from Linköping University
Johanna received her M.Sc. in Engineering Biology from Linköping University in 2019. During her master’s thesis she investigated how the thickness of a layer of the conductive polymer polypyrrole affected strain and speed of movement of electroactive yarns as a part of the EU H2020 WEAFING project. After receiving her degree, she started as a PhD student in the group of Edwin Jager (Sensors and Actuator Systems) with the goal to develop in-air actuating, electroactive yarns with enhanced performance to be integrated in fabrics and garments for haptics within the same WEAFING project.
